As Executive Managing Director of Heritage Global Capital, Anastasia Suda leads the company’s Specialty Lending Division, overseeing financial strategy, portfolio management, and risk assessment. She is focused on optimizing funding solutions, enhancing portfolio performance, and driving long-term growth for HGC and its clients.

With more than 22 years of experience in financial research, corporate governance, and data analytics, Ms. Suda has a strong background in leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen financial resilience and strategic decision-making. Since joining HGC in 2021, she has played a key role in structuring risk-adjusted funding strategies and improving financial modeling to support capital optimization. Before HGC, Ms. Suda spent nearly two decades at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she specialized in corporate financial data analysis, industry-specific research, and data governance. She was instrumental in evaluating and standardizing financial data for S&P 500 and international companies while coordinating data content policies across S&P Capital IQ, S&P Dow Jones Indices, and Morgan Stanley Capital International.

Ms. Suda holds a finance degree from the University of Colorado, where she was recognized as both an NCAA All-American and an NCAA Academic All-American.
