David Paris – Managing Director

David has over twenty-nine years of experience in the receivables management industry. He began his career as a Vice President of Retail Collections at Great Lakes Collection Bureau. Several years later, he was part of the start-up team responsible for the creation of Receivable Services of America. Then, in 1997, David and his partners formed Zenith Acquisition Corporation, where he served as its CEO for sixteen years. During that time, he oversaw Zenith’s transition from a start-up to a leader in the debt buying industry, with Zenith purchasing over 9 billion in assets through 300 transactions from major lenders.

Additionally, he kept Zenith on the forefront of compliance and customer service and served for nine years on the Board of Directors for RMA International in various capacities ranging from Chairman of the State Legislative Committee, Secretary, and President-Elect. In 2017, David shifted his professional focus to finance, joining CMAX, LLC, a specialty finance company focused on distressed asset markets, as its Chief Marketing Officer. During his tenure at CMAX, David managed the firm’s rebranding, managed borrower relationships, as well as the firm’s growth and the deployment of over $67 million dollars in more than 250 funding’s. Today David is Managing Director of Heritage Global Capital, a specialty finance company and a division of Heritage Global Inc. He is also currently Chairman of the ACA Asset Buyers Committee.

Anastasia Suda – Finance Manager

Anna is responsible for providing analytics for all loans contemplated and originated by HGC in addition to financial reporting and portfolio oversight. She has over 17 years of combined experience in global data analytics, data governance and financial market research and intelligence.

From 2002 through 2020, Anna held a tenured career with S&P Global Market Intelligence. While at the S&P, Anna was responsible for evaluating, extracting and standardizing corporate business financials for S&P 500 and international companies as well as coordinating data content policies and operations between S&P Capital IQ, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Morgan Stanley Capital International. Anna also has substantive practice in industry-specific and sector analysis and the validation of corporate annual transparency and disclosure data.

Additionally, Anna graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado at Boulder. While earning her degree in Finance, she became both an NCAA All-American in the 10,000m and also an NCAA Academic All-American.
